gwalior, from gwâl: a family or tribe
- Iolo Morganwg
The house of my family in Cymru was called Gwalior. Gwalior, for me, represents a certain aesthetic, artful and earthy - where heaven and earth meet in perfect harmony; there also lies honesty, integrity and perfect intent. 'I just love everything that has any soul in it, whether it's the simplest punk rock thing or the most complex jazz thing, or the deepest, dirtiest, greasiest funk thing.' (Flea)
Those of a like mind are here in music and art.

I've been working on the lost fairy tales and folk songs of West Wales with Elsa & storyteller Peter Stevenson. Visit Peter's site or take a look at our album MYRA, celebrating the work of writer & folk collector Myra Evans.
